Raging Bufffalo offers lessons for the beginner all the way to the advanced rider.  We've had children as young as 3 years old up to 70 years old.  Our instructors are well versed to handle all ages and abilities.  Reservations are not required.  When you show up to the park go to the front counter to fill out your paperwork and they will send you to the snowboard school.

Beginner Package I

includes board with step-in bindings, boots, helmet, lift ticket and 1 hr. group lesson

1. Wear thermal long underwear under your clothes or Under Armor for pants and top
2. Wear a Winter jacket. Not a leather jacket.
3. Winter jacket (not a leather jacket)
4. Snow pants. Jeans and sweats are not recommended. Something waterproof and wind resistant is highly recommended.
5. Waterproof gloves to ensure your hands stay warm and dry.
6. Warm, dry socks. Preferably camping or outdoor socks. This will keep you comfortable.
7. Bring something to cover your face (bandana, face mask, etc)
8. Change of clothes in case your clothes get wet. This will help in the comfort on your ride home
9. Bring your Authorization form with you, its one less step to take care of at the counter.  If you are a minor you must have this with you. 

Group Lessons.................................................$20.00

A group lesson consists of a 1 hr. lesson with a group of students (1-10 students) with various levels of riding experience and 1 instructor. The lesson will cover the fundamentals of how to ride so you can get started on your own.

Private Lessons

1 hr.............................$40.00
each additional hr.........$25.00

A private is just that, student and instructor alone for 1 hr. The student will get one on one instruction tailored to the students riding experience, beginner to advanced. This is for the rider that wants to get the most out of his/her lesson or work on a specific part of their riding.

Semi-Private Lessons

2 riders, 1 hr...................$75.00

Semi-Private Lessons give you the benefits of a private lesson but are geared towards small groups of friends and/or family members.
